Habit #4: Healthy people stay hydrated.

Habit #5: Healthy people get plenty of restful sleep.

Habit #6: Healthy people enjoy being physically active. They incorporate some form of regular exercise in their lifestyle – one that gives them pleasure, not one that stresses them out.
