Weight loss doesn’t need to involve calorie counting, complicated menu plans and complex rules about what you can or cannot do. You can achieve great results by following just one simple rule (and you get to pick which one). The key is to follow your rule consistently.


Simple things, consistently done, lead to extraordinary results

If you want to lose weight, all you need is to commit to ONLY one of these rules and follow it religiously:

  • Absolutely no food or alcohol after 5pm.
  • Absolutely no sugar! NB: Sugar is not only in sweets but also in some breads, processed meats, dressings and sauces, juices, cereals, crackers, alcohol, dairy products, etc. Read the food labels carefully.
  • Drink at least 2 liters of hot water and herbal tea daily, and eat at least 1kg of green vegetables each day. NB: Eating green vegetables in large quantities has an effect on the body very similar to surgical stomach stapling.

Last but not least, have fun and sleep well. Stress is the single most serious trouble maker when it comes to weight gain as it makes your body store fat instead of burning in. In contrast, when you are in a good mood, your body can easily enter the fat-burning mode and you can enjoy more energy and a great figure.
